Cancellation Policy

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Child Policy

• Children under the age of 3 are considered infants and infants will be free of cost
• Children between ages 3 to 12 will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
• Children above the age of 12 years will be considered an adult and charged an adult rate.

• Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
• No Show policy: Failure to report on time will result in a no show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
• No outside food or beverages allowed.
• Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks.
• The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with rules and regulations.
• The management is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the visit.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Shortly after the completion of booking and payment, you’ll receive your PapasBay confirmation voucher in your email.
• Make sure that you check your spam / junk folder or notify us in case you don’t find it in your inbox.
• Print the voucher or show its mobile version to exchange it for your physical tickets once you arrive at the destination.
• To redeem your tickets, please ensure you have either your E-tickets or printed copies with you.
• The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the date and time you select upon booking.

• E-tickets once issued / confirmed are fully Non-Refundable.
• This merchant will accept your purchased papasbay e-ticket when presented on a mobile device, papasbay mobile application or if you prefer from a printed copy.
