By using Papasbay.com you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of the website.

"Merchant"/"Seller" shall mean the person or any legal entity who offers for sale, sells the products on Papasbay.com.

"User"/ "You" means and includes you and/or any person or an entity including Vendor/Seller using or accessing the services provided on this site.

Standard terms of sale of voucher

• The Voucher you purchase is redeemable for goods or services by the seller of such goods and services, or the Service Provider. The Service Provider, not Papasbay, is the seller of the goods and services and is solely responsible for redeeming any Voucher you purchase.
• The Voucher shall have the necessary redemption instructions on it. The Vouchers may have an offer period, or expiry date, mentioned on it. You shall use it accordingly.
• Reproduction, sale or trade of Papasbay.com vouchers is strictly prohibited.
• You may buy the Voucher displayed on the Site in three ways as stated below:

              1) On the internet by paying through credit card, debit card or net banking.

              2) Printed hardcopy via delivery, by paying cash and service charges on receipt/delivery.

• Unless otherwise stated, you will not be entitled to receive credit or cash-back for whatever value of the Voucher you don't use.
• Unless otherwise stated, you cannot combine the Voucher offer with other special offers or promotions that may be on.
• Unless there is something wrong with the purchase or an error attributable to us, we do not offer refunds. Vouchers once sold are non-refundable, whether you use it or not.
• Neither Papasbay nor the Service Provider shall have any liability in the event you lose your Voucher at the Service Provider venue.
• Any attempted utilisation of the Vouchers not consistent with these terms & conditions will render the voucher void.
• Papasbay is merely the aggregator of deals and issuer of usable Vouchers. The Vouchers and the deals are the property of the respective third party Service Provider.
• As such, Service Provider shall be fully responsible for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs suffered by or in respect of a customer, caused in whole or in part by the Service Provider.
• Papasbay.com is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed delivery of Products or damages or delays as a result of Products, which are out of stock, back ordered, returned undelivered or otherwise unavailable with Merchant. All items are offered only for a restricted time and only for the available supply/till stock lasts.
• Notwithstanding anything to contrary, Papasbay’s entire liability to you shall be the refund of the money charged from you for any specific Voucher, under which the unlikely liability arises. Under no circumstance shall Papasbay be liable for any consequential, indirect or remote loss that you or your friends and family may suffer.

Once the payment is made succesfully, the confirmation notice will be sent instantly to the user via email and a notification through mobile app. 

Rules Of Conduct / User's Obligation

• You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
• Papasbay.com may review, edit, reject, refuse to post and/or delete any content in the sole judgment of the company.
• You may not post or transmit content or distribute, or otherwise make available or transmit any software or other computer files that contain a virus, Trojan horses, time bombs, bots, botnets, malicious Content, Content theft, data manipulation, threats or any other harmful programs or elements or component;
• Is patently offensive to the online community with content that promotes obscenity, paedophilia, racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
• Involves transmission of 'junk mail', 'chain letters', or 'spamming';
• User may not promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous;
• User may not promotes an illegal or unauthorised copy of another person's copyrighted work  such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music file, providing or creating computer viruses;
• User may not violates any law for the time being in force
• User may not tries to gain unauthorised access or exceeds the scope of authorised access to the sites or to profiles, blogs, communities, account information, bulletins, or solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users;
• User may not interferes with another user's use and enjoyment of the sites or any other individual's user and enjoyment of similar services;
• Notwithstanding anything to contrary, Papasbay’s entire liability to you shall be the refund of the money charged from you for any specific Voucher, under which the unlikely liability arises. • ‘’Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment’’
• ‘’We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE’’
• ‘’Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules’’

Monitoring

Papasbay shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of the Website at all times, including any chat rooms and forums that may hereinafter be included as part of the Website, to determine compliance with this Agreement and any operating rules established by Papasbay, as well as to satisfy any applicable law, regulation or authorized government request. Without limiting the foregoing, Papasbay shall have the right to remove any material that Papasbay in its sole discretion, finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable.
