Child Policy
- Children under the age of 4 are considered infants and are admitted free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult.
- Children between ages 4 to 12 will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
- Children above the age of 12 years will be considered an adult and charged an adult rate.
Cancellation Policy
- In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
Universal Studios Singapore Important Information
- Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
- Tickets are open dated but cannot be used directly at the venue. Pre slot reservation is required with the booking code received on the E - ticket
- Recommended: Guests are requested to pre-book their slots minimum 72 hours in advance as the slots are subject to availability.
- No Show policy: Failure to report on time will result in a No Show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
- Strollers and wheelchairs are available for rent at the park on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times for their safety and well-being.
Starting June 1, 2024, re-entry will not be allowed.
Please check the official attraction website on the day of your visit for the operational timings to avoid any inconvenience.
- Shortly after the completion of booking and payment, you’ll receive your PapasBay confirmation voucher in your email.
- Make sure that you check your spam / junk folder or notify us in case you don’t find it in your inbox.
